Terms of Service
Payment must be paid in full prior to the delivery of your esky ready for birth. If payment in not received in full by the time you birth your baby, service may be terminated and no refund will be given. If you choose to cancel you placenta encapsulation service by Made 4 Mum after booking then your deposit will be retained.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be at the discretion of Made 4 Mum under sensitive circumstances such as: stillbirth or diagnosis of an infectious disease. Please contact Made 4 Mum to discuss this. Your refund will be processed after the esky is returned to Made 4 Mum.

Made 4 Mum are an incredible company who we would highly recommemd. They are down to earth, caring people, who have your best interests at heart. The service is flawless. We called the company at 5am after giving birth and they were at the hospital comgratulating us and picking up the placenta at 6.15am.
We were then astonished when they managed to get the capsules, plus beautiful keepsake set back to us that same day. I couldn't recommend Made 4 Mum enough. They truly go above and beyond.
